Seria A : Juventus 3-1 Catania, back to the top

Juventus successfully get three points against Catania. Juventus won with a score of 3-1 and shift AC Milan at top position.

Playing at Juventus Stadium, Saturday (18/02/2012), Catania ahead first with a goal by Pablo Barrientos in 4th minute. Juve equalized on 22 minutes by Andrea Pirlo free kick.

Catania on 66 minutes played with 10 men after Marco Motta received a second yellow card. Superior number of players, Juve able to score two additional goals by Giorgio Chiellini and Fabio Quagliarella.

This victory led Juventus back to the top of standings with a collection of 49 points or two points ahead of Milan. Catania while stuck in 14 with 27 points.

Juventus also has advantage one match remaining.

Serie A : Juventus 2-1 Udinese, Matri scored double

Juventus won a victory at home to heavy opponent, Udinese. Two goals from Alessandro Matri take 'Old Lady' beat Zebrette with a final score of 2-1.

Juventus scored two goal at minute 42 and 61. While Udinese only able to reply to one go through Antonio Floro Flores in the 56th minute.

With this results Juventus more steady in the top Italian league standings. Collect 44 points from 20 times to play. Juventus four points ahead of AC Milan in the runner-up, the new will play against Cagliari on Sunday.

As for Udinese this defeat does not affect its position in third place standings.



Lazio 0-1 Juventus, Pepe late goal, Ledesma sent off

Juventus have to thank Simone Pepe in counter Lazio matches. His goal in the last five minutes make the Bianconeri won 1-0.

Midfielder Gennaro Gattuso scored a single goal for AC Milan a 1-0 win over Juventus in Serie A continued on Saturday (03/06/2011) at Olympico.

Additional three points cemented Milan atop the standings by collecting 61 points. They while winning 8 points from Inter Milan, who was second. While Juve are still stuck in seventh place by collecting 42 points.

The defeat is certainly very painful for the "Old Lady". The reason, this being the third time losing streak since defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in mid-February.

The Game
Actually, both Juve and Milan demonstrate quick game and even tended to hard. In the third minute, Milan's first threatened by Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Receiving feedback from the left wing, Ibrahim fired hard. Unfortunately, the Swedish striker fired the ball was still soaring high.
